- Bookings & Payments
- Payment is required to confirm your booking — via card or bank transfer.
- Bank transfers must include your Order ID as the payment reference.
- Lessons are 45 minutes per session unless otherwise agreed.(Minimum 2 Lessons at once).
- Prices are in GBP (£) and correct at time of booking.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- ⚠️ 24 hours’ notice minimum required for cancellations or changes.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice = full lesson charge applies.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, vehicle issues, or instructor illness — full refund or free rebooking provided.
- Lessons & Safety
- Please arrive 5 minutes early for your lesson.
- Bring your provisional driving licence to every lesson.
- Lessons take place in a dual-control vehicle.
- The instructor has full right to refuse or end a lesson if safety is compromised.
- Validity
- Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
- Unused hours expire after 6 months — no refunds on unused hours.
- Complaints
- Please contact us directly with any concerns — we aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.
